Where we ship

Initial checkout is available to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and Armed Forces regions are not available during the initial launch.

Cost

Standard shipping is free for products shown as eligible at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner after payment is confirmed. Most orders require 1–4 business days for supplier processing. Typical transit is approximately 8–15 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because carrier delays, weather, inventory changes, and destination conditions are outside our direct control.

An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed or otherwise made available after the supplier transfers the package to a carrier. Tracking can take several business days to show its first movement. Contact us if tracking has not updated for 10 business days or if the order has not arrived within 7 business days after the latest estimated delivery date.

Address changes

Review the shipping address before ordering. Address changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after supplier processing begins. Email james@strategicomaha.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed.

Delivery problems

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and the property's usual secure delivery locations. Then contact us with the order number and delivery address so we can review available carrier or supplier remedies.
